The 5 elements of lasersharp focus
These are the 5 ways to achieve maximum focus and work for hours without getting distracted. You will be able to get alot more done in a lot less time.
You will only get the proper knowledge if you read all the way to the end.
This is your first test of focus.
DOPAMINE DETOXE:
This is the foundation of your lasersharp focus.
Your dopamine levels are way to high, due to modern distractions.
When you try to focus on an important task, it's almost impossible because this activity doesn't release as much dopamine as your body normally gets.
This leads to you being unfocused, because your brain craves for dopamine.
What you need is a dopamine detox.
A detox from any activity that releases high amounts of dopamine, without any hard labor connected to it.

Meditation:
This ancient practice is one of the key elements for lasersharp focus. We want to do it the easiest way possible first.
Sit down. Close your eyes. Focus on your breathe. You mind will go away and start thinking about something else.
Everytime this happens, concentrate back on your breath.
Every time you do this it's like one rep in the gym.
This will make you so much more focused and able to concentrate for long times.
Caffeine
Whenever you need to focus for something important.
When you have to go into a deep work session.
You should consume some type of caffeine before it.
You will notice an significant increase in your productivity and concentration.
I personally drink two espressos before every deep work session.
But you can try what works the best for you.
Distractions:
In time periods where focus is necessary, you should not have any distractions.
The only thing that should be in your perception is the thing you're doing right now.
Put it all away, turn off notification, put your screen on black and white. Don't listen to music if it's not focus music(Lofi, Frequencys).
Don't get distracted by other people.
Just avoid any distraction you can think of. Of course you only want to do this for some hours per day.
Clarity:
You need to have clarity in your mind.
That's why I would suggest to work in the morning without eating anything.
Just fast.
Your body doesn't need to digest anything and all your energy can go to your brain.
You also have to know exactly what you want to do before you enter your work. Otherwise you're just going to procrastinate.
Keep in mind that you have to train your focus and it gets better the more u use it.
It's simply a skill and probably the most important in this day and age.
Use it, work, grow, WIN.
