This is so simple, that it's almost boring.

I'm not going to tell you some crazy method that will make you 10x more productive, disciplined, and consistent, because there isn't one.

This simple method really works wonders for me. It might not be the same for you, but I dare you to try it.

Just create a habit tracker.

It's simple.

Take a notebook and a pen, and write down important habits that you want to do every day. Make small boxes for each habit and day.

Every day before bed, you sit down and fill in the box for every habit that you did.

It is really that simple. And I don't know why exactly, but that makes me a LOT more consistent.

If you want to take it even further, do it with a friend. You both have to give updates on your progress and habits every single day.

Its the desire for progress and achievements thats simplified right there. Thats why it works.
