MOVE LIKE WATER
Be Water, my friend!
Because you are water. More than half of our body is water. So you have to Move like water.
Most people nowadays don't do this.
They sit around for at least 8 hours of the day. They sit at work, They sit to eat, They sit to consume.
If you look at fresh, clean water, it's always moving. Always in a flow.
If water just sits there without flowing, it becomes dirty, smelly and stale.
The same happens to you. If you don't flow you become dirty, smelly and stale.
You have to adapt the flow of the water.
If you work, get up every 30 minutes and stretch.
Sweat every day.
If you're bored just get down an do some push-ups.
Sprint.
Lift.
Run.
Swim.
Play.
Stretch.
We as humans are supposed to move, just as water is.
So move more.
There are a lot more things you will see if you look at the flow of the water.
Water is a great methapor, for a lot of things that happen in our world.
