Remember it all.

Remember it all.

Remember all the pain.

Every time you ran and your mind and body told you to stop.

Every time you trained to the point of complete failure.

Every time you stayed up until midnight to work for something worthwhile.

Remember it all.

All the times your body and your primal mind told you to stop, to take a break. The pain was too much, everything in you wanted to stop. But you kept going, pushing through the pain.

And even though you experienced all that pain, you are still standing here today. (Hopefully) happy and alive.

This pain is only temporary. It will not last forever.

What will last forever is the accomplishment, the victory, the wins. They are permanent.

Pain is temporary, greatness is permanent.

Victory.
