HOW TO USE YOUR GREATEST WEAPON
Yesterday I told you about your biggest weapon. Your Mind. And how important it is to control your own mind.
Today I will give you 4 Things, that you can do today to get more control over your Mind and to use your greatest weapon correctly.
Number 1: Meditation.
Meditation is basically a exercise to train your mind. Just focus in your breathing and if your mind drifts away, focus back on your breath. It's just like an exercise in the gym. One time, focusing back on your breath is one rep.
Number 2: Dopamine Detoxe.
Your brain is absolutely fucked. You can't focus, you have no drive and no motivation.
One big reason for this is your inability to do something without technology, without these modern sources of cheap Dopamine.
Avoid all of this cheap Dopamine for one week and you will be able to use your mind way more efficiently.
Number 3: Nutrition.
Our modern diet is full if garbage. If you consume garbage your mind will inky produce garbage. Get high quality, whole foods. Get a lot of vitamins, minerals and protein and you will se how your mind will function at a much higher level.
Number 4: Stoicism
Stoicism is an ancient philosophy, which is really practice oriented.
The basic principle is, that you should focus on what is inside your control and don't waste energy on the things you can't control.
