This is the worst thing you can do

You have to stand by your word.

If you tell someone you will do something, do it. You have to, you told him.

He trusts you.

LYING TO YOURSELF.

"I'm gonna be so disciplined."

"From Monday on I will eat so clean."

And you dont do it.

You cannot even trust yourself. Not even YOURSELF. You lie to yourself.

I think you don't understand what this means.

You are the only one, who will always be there for you. And you can't even trust him.

You will Lose your confidence and your joy of life if you can't trust yourself.
